| Online Registration Use our secure online registration form to complete your event registration. Members qualify for the member discount when they register using their NAEYC member ID. All memberships are checked for expiration. When you complete your registration, you may either submit the order online using our secure server, or you may print the form and mail it or fax it with payment. |

| Phone Registration MiAEYC does not accept event registrations by phone. |
| Fax Registration Complete all registration form information; do not mail a confirming order. We do not routinely confirm fax registrations. | Registration Processing Once registrations are received by the MiAEYC office, processing takes 5-10 business days to enter them into the system. |
| Payment Registrations must be prepaid with a check, money order, purchase order or credit card; information must be provided at the time of registration. Make checks payable to MiAEYC (U.S. funds only). If you wish to use a purchase order, it will be accepted by mail, email or fax only. If you are paying by check from a bank branch located outside the U.S., add a $10 processing fee for check amounts up to $90; and a $20 fee for amounts over $90. |
| Cancellations/Refunds Cancellations can be made anytime up to the event registration deadline with full refund minus a $15 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after that time. Refunds for cancellations within 13 days of the event due to an extreme event (i.e., death in immediate family or hospitalization of registrant) will be made at the discretion of the professional development committee. A $15 processing fee may be applied. Refund requests must be made in writing. If the name badge has been received it must be returned with the request. A registration can be transferred to another person at any time upon request. |
