• Support effective curriculum implementation through field communications via telephone, internet and in-person trainings.
• Participate in the development of new child, director, teacher & family programs, educational components and quality assessment initiatives.
• Write, research and convert curricular activities from archives into the online Learning Care System of developmentally appropriate activities for infants through school-age children.
• Conduct research for new ideas, programs, approaches and techniques.
• Perform occasional administrative support duties for the department such as phones, mailing, copying, meeting scheduling, meeting minutes.

Qualifications:

• Requires BA or MA in Public Administration, Management, Education, Human Services, or related field.

• Experience:
5 years experience in a management position.
2 years experience in a financial management position.
Prefer experience working in Head Start.

Prefer Spanish bilingual.
Feels a strong commitment to the fundamental concepts of Head Start.
