Job Description:

The primary role of an assistant teacher is to motivate inspire preschoolers to participate and try their best to succeed. The assistant teacher teams, plans and collaborates with the lead teacher to calmly and patiently execute learning experiences. Practicing understanding when dealing with any situation under pressure and using energy, passion and good communication to assist whenever needed is another responsibility of the assistant teacher. In addition, assistant teachers are adaptive and sensitive in building relationships and protecting preschooler’s health and safety.
