Position Summary
United Way of Midland is hiring a Family Child Care Network Hub Lead to develop and lead a resource hub supporting home-based and non-licensed childcare providers. This role will help providers access business, licensing, and wellness resources with the goal of increasing licensed home-based programs in our region.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and lead a coalition of local childcare providers.
• Launch and manage a hub that supports provider quality, business practices, and licensing.
• Identify gaps and connect providers with relevant resources.
• Collect and report data in alignment with ECIC requirements.
• Collaborate with United Way teams on marketing, compliance, and communication.

Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in childcare or early childhood education.
• Strong understanding of home-based licensing and provider support networks.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; commitment to equity and inclusion.
