Job Description:
Van Buren Public Schools is hiring a preschool building principal to lead a dedicated, caring staff to provide a strong foundation for over 280 of our youngest learners. Our community has a strong commitment to early childhood education, passing a bond to build our beautiful center in 2020. Come interview, meet our staff, and tour our space!
This position will be responsible for the leadership, management, and oversight of the Early Childhood Center, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and program requirements. The principal will foster a high-quality learning environment that supports children, staff, and families while adhering to Michigan child care licensing regulations, the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) and Strong Beginnings Implementation Manual, and the Great Start to Quality framework.
