Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Preschool Teacher, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our students. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the early learning experiences of infant and/or toddler-age children.

Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and respected.
Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends.

Experience
Proven experience working with students in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred.
Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices related to early childhood education.
Skills in classroom management that promote positive behavior among young learners.
Familiarity with first aid procedures is an asset.
Experience in toddler care or infant care is beneficial but not mandatory.
Background in nannying or similar roles involving direct care for young children is also valued.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
