Job Description:

BHK seeks full-time, school-year preschool teacher with an understanding of curriculum and knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain a respectful, nurturing, and engaging environment that encourages growth and learning of 3 and 4-year-olds.
• Promote school readiness by building children’s academic skills, confidence, and resilience.
• Implement ongoing assessment and curricula that support individualization, meeting the needs, interests, and abilities of each child.

Qualifications:
Looking for energetic, dependable individual who enjoys working with young children and:
• Possesses an associate degree in early childhood education or related field (child/family development, health, psychology)
• Experience working with preschool children preferred.
