Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Maintain a respectful, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity of 3 and 4-year-olds
• Promote school readiness by building children’s academic skills, confidence, and resilience.
• Implement ongoing assessment and curricula that support individualization and growth, meeting the needs, interests, and abilities of each child.
• Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate active learning, physical activity, and rest.

Qualifications:
Looking for energetic, dependable individual who enjoys working with young children and:
• Are at least 19 years old
• High School diploma or GED
• Willing to complete 90 hours of training within two years
• Experience working with young children preferred
Candidates with an associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education preferred.
