Lead Teacher – Pre-K Classroom
Location: Little Hearts Montessori, Northville, MI
Job Type: Full-Time (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with Montessori philosophy and foster holistic child development.

– Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child’s development and milestones.

Qualifications:
– Required: Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

– Strong classroom management skills, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Assistant Teacher
