Afternoon Teaching Position – Christ-Centered Early Childhood Program We’re seeking passionate educators to join our nurturing preschool team as Afternoon Lead Assistant Teacher 3-year-old classroom.

This is a beautiful opportunity to support young children’s development through play-based learning, gentle routines, and faith-filled connection. Our program blends developmental best practices with a warm, Christ-centered approach that honors each child’s unique journey.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Teach and nurture children (ages 3–14) in a Christ‑centered, play‑based environment
• Plan and deliver lessons using developmentally appropriate strategies
• Maintain a positive, orderly classroom and accurate records
• Collaborate with staff, families, and administration
• Integrate Biblical principles into curriculum and activities

Qualifications
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with 480+ hours of experience
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Fingerprint background check required
• Complete all required annual training hours as stipulated by licensing and school policy

Hours & Evaluation
• Afternoon schedule with occasional events
• Annual performance review by ECC Director
