Job Description:

Classroom Instruction: Plan and lead developmentally appropriate lessons that foster learning through play, creativity, and exploration—while keeping Jesus at the center.

Staff Support & Supervision: Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to teaching staff, promoting a unified and mission-driven team culture.

Parent Partnership: Communicate openly and compassionately with families, offering spiritual encouragement and regular updates on their child’s progress.

Health & Safety Oversight: Ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment that meets state regulations and protects every child physically and emotionally.

Licensing & Compliance: Maintain required records, ensure policies meet state standards, and handle inspections with excellence and integrity.

Program Growth: Support enrollment efforts, foster community relationships, and represent the daycare with grace and professionalism.
