This individual will be responsible for engaging with children, four years old, implementing curriculum, based on children’s interests, maintaining classroom cleanliness, organizing, and planning small group activities detail documentation/observations and growth and development are required. This is a full-time position averaging between 32 and 40 hours per week. Staff must be able to playfully engage with children while maintaining a safe and quality environment, adhering to licensing rules. The Great Start to Readiness Program is a partnership between Discovery School and MiLEAP, with extended requirements that include home visits, parent events, detail planning/reporting, and curriculum implementation. We are seeking a dedicated person who is self-driven, task oriented, and committed to high quality early childhood practices.
