The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) Lead Teacher is responsible for leading a preschool classroom in accordance with the Michigan Department of Education’s GSRP guidelines. The Lead Teacher works collaboratively with a classroom team—including an associate teacher, support staff, and family members—to provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate instruction. This position focuses on fostering academic readiness, social-emotional development, and a love for learning in all students.
