The GSRP Associate Teacher works under the guidance of the Lead Teacher to support high-quality early childhood education for preschool-aged children. This role assists with implementing daily instructional plans, maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment, and promoting the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of all children in alignment with the Michigan Department of Education’s GSRP guidelines.
