Description:
We are looking for an individual who has a passion for the early childhood field and would like to grow with our program. We work with children ages 3-5 in a preschool that is housed within our early childhood education building.

Qualities of a lead would be patience, empathy, creativity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for working with young children.

Some other skills would be:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to interpret, comprehend, and follow oral and written instructions to perform duties.
To have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or with a team.
