Job Description:

Position Details
Part-time: Up to 25 hours per week
Schedule includes at least one opening shift and one closing shift weekly
Center hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily center operations, including opening and closing Support enrollment, admissions, and family communication
Conduct tours and maintain enrollment and child records
Ensure compliance with the State of Michigan licensing regulations
Support staff training, scheduling, and professional development
Step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios
Help plan family events, communications, and community engagement
Foster a positive, professional, and faith-centered environment

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an early childhood setting
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to meet physical requirements (including lifting to 40 lbs)
Commitment to Christian values and a faith-based program
