“Brain First, Behavior Second: A Brain Informed Approach to Classroom Behavior”

This session introduces a brain-informed approach to understanding neurodivergent behavior. Participants will explore how brain development shapes behavior, distinguish between skill-based and stress-based responses, and learn practical strategies to support regulation and engagement.

Registration: An account in the Michigan AEYC Knowledge Center is required to register for this event. Registration is free for Michigan AEYC members who are validated in the Knowledge Center, and $6 for non-members and unverified users.
