Job Description:

We are looking for an organized, approachable Assistant Teacher to join our team. The Assistant teacher’s responsibilities is assisting the Lead teacher with their curriculum and meeting the educational needs of our toddlers.

The goal is to contribute to the healthy mental and emotional development of the child so they can easily matriculate in the next level of education.
• Assist in planning and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly lesson plans and activities that promote child development and engage children in learning.
• Facilitate daily routines such as free play, snack, naps, and circle time.
• Sing songs, read stories, play games, supervise play, and practice exceptional classroom management.
• Support teaching staff by modeling superb classroom management.
• Engaging in occasional team-building activities
• Maintaining classroom cleanliness
• Fun, flexible, energetic and enthusiastic
• Complete other duties as mutually agreed upon by the Center’s Director.
