Joy Preparatory is hiring a full-time PreK for ALL / Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) Lead Preschool Teacher for the 2025-26 school year.

As a GSRP Lead Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and engaging in developmentally appropriate curriculum which is the HighScope curriculum , managing classroom activities and routines, communicating with families, and collaborating with other faculty members.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s or higher degree in Early Childhood Education ( or working towards)

-Must be able to pass a background check, have fingerprint clearance, and negative TB test Certification in CPR and First Aid Training

-Maintain 24 hours of training per school year through a MI Registry account and attend all meetings or trainings required by the MISD.

-Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills -Experience working with diverse learners and families
