Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher for our Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP). The Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing a high-quality, developmentally appropriate preschool program for 4-year-old children in accordance with GSRP standards. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment, assessing children’s development, and collaborating with assistant teachers, families, and support staff to ensure school readiness.
