Job Description:
The Lead Teacher is responsible for the overall management and daily operation of an early childhood classroom. The Lead Teacher provides a safe, nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment while supporting each child’s individual needs and development.
The Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing curriculum, supervising and engaging with children, maintaining the classroom environment, communicating with families, and providing leadership within the classroom.
