Child Care Back Office (CCBO) is seeking a detail-oriented, empathetic, and organized Program Coordinator: Early Educator Wage Initiative to join our team. To find the right fit for our team, we are open to structuring this role as either a full-time position or a part-time position, with hours ranging from 25 to 36 hours per week depending on candidate preference and availability.

This vital role is designed to lead the day-to-day coordination and execution of the Early Educator Wage Initiative, a critical program dedicated to stabilizing, elevating, and increasing compensation for the early childhood education workforce.

You will ensure that wage-related data is collected accurately, verified against program requirements, and meticulously tracked to guarantee timely, compliant, and equitable funding disbursements.
