Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and caring Toddler Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a positive classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of toddlers (ages 12 months–2 1/2 years).

*Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
*Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment
*Observe and assess children’s development and progress
*Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
*Supervise and mentor assistant teachers or support staff
*Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and health/safety standards
*Foster positive behavior and social skills among children

Candidate must have CDA in Infant/Toddler or equivalent.
