Job Description:

The GSRP Associate Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that supports the physical, social-emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. The Associate Teacher will implement, in alignment with the Lead Teacher, the GSRP curriculum with fidelity, adhere to the GSRP Program Quality Standards, and work collaboratively with families,
and support staff to ensure positive outcomes for all children.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required; a Child Development Associate (CDA) or relevant college coursework in Early
Childhood Education is preferred.
At least 1 year of experience working with children in a childcare or early childhood education setting is preferred.
Basic knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
