Job Description:

The Associate GSRP Teacher works alongside the Lead Teacher to create an engaging classroom that supports the social, emotional, physical, and academic development of preschool children.
The Associate Teacher will assist with implementing the Michigan Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) requirements and Creative Curriculum, while helping create meaningful learning experiences based on children’s interests, needs, and developmental goals.
This is a Monday–Friday position and requires flexibility and a commitment to working collaboratively with the teaching team.

Responsibilities
Support the Lead Teacher in implementing Creative Curriculum and GSRP requirements.
Build positive relationships with children and families.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Observe and document children’s development.
Assist with classroom planning, daily routines, and transitions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and licensing-compliant classroom.
Collaborate with coworkers to ensure high-quality early childhood education.
