POSITION SUMMARY
The Early Childhood Program Coordinator serves as the leader of a comprehensive early childhood
leadership team, providing strategic direction, administration, and oversight for the district’s early childhood programs, including GSRP, tuition-based preschool programs, before- and after-school child care services, and summer programming. The Coordinator is supported by an Assistant Coordinator, who provides direct oversight of before- and after-school care and summer programming operations, and an Early Childhood Specialist, who partners with program leaders to ensure instructional fidelity, curriculum alignment, and a seamless educational experience across programs. Together, this leadership team supports program quality, regulatory compliance, staff development, family engagement, enrollment management, and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality services for children and families.
