Job Description:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a child related field (Preferred)
• Child Development Associate Degree or Associate credential
• Proven experience in early childhood education and in a leadership role
• Certification in CPR and First Aid or the ability to receive certification
• Current TB Test
• Current Physical
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Ability to relate joyfully and sensitively to children, co-workers and families.
• Knowledge of child development and social emotional learning.
• Ability to seek supervision and use it constructively.
• Evidence of emotional maturity and stability.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
