Job Description:

Role: Lead Toddler Teacher.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 19 years old.
Education: Minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a college degree (Associate’s or higher) in early childhood education, child development, or a related field.
Core Duties: “Lead and nurture toddlers while planning engaging activities and ensuring their safety.
Physical Demands: Ability to sit on the floor, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Center Background Community Standing: Serving families in the greater Lansing area with a strong focus on developmental milestones during the critical first five years of life.
